About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Academy Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for students and freshers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students through practical exercises, projects, and coding challenges.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Create and update technical documentation, training manuals, and learning resources.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Support students in interview preparation and career development activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Python

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners.
- Positive presentation and classroom management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation and report preparation skills.
- Basic knowledge of web development projects and coding best practices.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.




- Experience with project-based learning and hands-on training.
