Account Manager – Post-Payment & Collections

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

Aspire Jobs is hiring an Account Manager to manage post-enrollment payment collections for our U.S. IT staffing business. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to professionally handle payment follow-ups while maintaining positive candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on pending payments through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Collect payments as per agreed schedules.
- Negotiate payment plans when required.
- Resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate payment records and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams on payment matters.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
- Escalate overdue or high-risk accounts.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).




- 1–4 years of experience in Collections, Account Management, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Recruitment, EdTech, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Experience with U.S. clients or installment-based collections is a plus.
