The role

Run our cold outreach system. Cold emails, LinkedIn, Airtable, content posting. The system is built, SOPs are documented. You learn it, then make it sharper. Prove yourself in 6-12 months, you become Head of BD.

What matters

- Strong AI prompting skills. This is the #1 requirement. Our system runs on Claude
- You think fast. I explain once, you get it
- Basic sense of what makes a good cold email vs a bad one
- Clean, natural English. You catch your own typos
- Decent laptop, reliable internet
- You want a runway, not just a job

Comp

- ₹20,000-40,000/month depending on what you bring
- ₹7,000-15,000 per client closed
- Claude Max plan covered
- Direct mentorship on sales, outreach, and content
- Clear path to Head of BD with pay growth attached

Full time, remote, India-based.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
