Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with a passion for outbound sales and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while contributing to consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Pitch and present SaaS-based solutions to prospective clients (Leads will be given)
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term engagement
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness




- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools
- Follow up with prospective clients and drive the sales cycle from calling to closure

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, SaaS sales, or software sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, performance-driven environment
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and the fintech industry is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
