Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with management regarding daily activities and business requirements.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- Resolve employee and customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.




- Monitor inventory, supplies, and overall workplace maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
