Job Title: Internal Audit & Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit & Finance to support internal audit functions, financial reporting, compliance activities, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial knowledge, auditing skills, and the ability to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Verify financial transactions, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Perform account reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and balance confirmations.
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analyses for management.
- Identify audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards,



and regulatory requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance).
- CA Inter or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Finance, or Accounts.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Compensation

- Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
- Additional benefits as per company policy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
