Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Developer (SD) with a strong background in end-to-end project execution and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirement gathering, project documentation, and successful delivery of complex implementation or merger projects. Exposure to international clients is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering and analysis by working closely with stakeholders and business users.
- Drive and deliver at least two end-to-end implementation or merger projects, ensuring quality and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, technical specifications, and deployment documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Engage directly with international clients, participating in discussions, workshops, and reviews as required.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project governance models.




- Support post-implementation activities, including enhancements and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of relevant experience in software development and project delivery.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience delivering a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation or merger projects.
- Robust exposure to project documentation and delivery lifecycle.
- High level of proficiency in the relevant technology/domain.
- Experience working with overseas/international clients is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹901,347.96 - ₹2,294,463.18 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
