Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager for Performance Analytics, specializing in Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) and Asset Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to drive insights into asset performance, optimize O&M; strategies, and support strategic asset management decisions. This role requires a robust analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and a deep understanding of asset lifecycle management in an industrial or energy context.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain robust performance monitoring systems and dashboards for various assets (e.g., solar plants, wind farms, industrial machinery).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data, identifying trends, anomalies, and root causes of underperformance or efficiency losses.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports, providing actionable insights to O&M; teams, asset managers, and senior leadership.




- Utilize statistical methods and predictive analytics to forecast asset performance, energy generation, and identify potential maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with O&M; teams to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce downtime, and improve overall asset reliability and availability.
- Support the development and implementation of asset management strategies by providing data-driven recommendations for capital expenditure, asset upgrades, and end-of-life planning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of O&M; contracts and service providers based on performance metrics and cost analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions through data analysis and benchmarking.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and the enhancement of data infrastructure.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
