About Kansya

Kansya is a handcrafted jewelry brand that creates timeless brass jewelry inspired by Indian craftsmanship. We're building a strong visual identity through engaging short-form videos, product storytelling, and premium creative content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our website.

We're looking for a Motion Graphics & Video Editor who can turn raw footage into high-quality, scroll-stopping videos with quick turnaround times.

What You'll Do

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos from raw footage.
- Create premium, engaging edits that match Kansya's brand aesthetic.
- Add motion graphics, typography, transitions, sound effects, and color grading.
- Create product-focused videos that highlight craftsmanship, textures, and fine details.
- Edit lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, and promotional videos.
- Deliver multiple edits every week while maintaining consistent quality.
- Organize project files and maintain a clean editing workflow.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team to execute content ideas.

Requirements

- Robust experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends.
- Ability to transform raw footage into premium-looking content.
- Strong skills in motion graphics, typography, masking, and visual effects.
- Experience with color correction, sound design,



and music synchronization.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.

Bonus Skills

- Experience editing luxury, fashion, or jewelry content.
- Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content trends.
- Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
- Experience with AI-powered editing tools is a plus.
