The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are consistently met across the premises. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Allocate duties and inspect work to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Monitor and maintain hygiene standards across office/factory premises
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and raise purchase requisitions when required
- Handle staff attendance, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Address and resolve housekeeping-related issues and complaints




- Conduct periodic inspections and audits for cleanliness and hygiene
- Coordinate with other departments for facility-related requirements

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management
- Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Basic education (10th/12th pass); relevant certifications are an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
