Interior Site Supervisor – Aryabhangy Builders

Location: Elamkulam, Ernakulam

Aryabhangy Builders is looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior fit-out works for premium residential and commercial projects.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior site execution and supervision.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain high standards of quality, finishing, and workmanship.
- Plan and monitor material requirements to avoid delays and wastage.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and coordinate with the project team.




- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company procedures.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of interior finishing materials and fit-out execution.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting is an added advantage.
