We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in recruitment and wants hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support in job posting and employer branding activities
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in onboarding coordination for selected candidates

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
