Role Purpose: To drive wedding sales across resorts, contributing to the growing weddings segment (targeting 22% share by 2027).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with wedding planners, travel agents, and event companies .
- Drive wedding business for Ambaghat, Dapoli, Himachal, and Uttarakhand resorts.
- Create customized wedding packages and experiences .
- Achieve revenue and occupancy targets from weddings.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing/Event Management.
- 10 -15 years’ experience in wedding sales or hospitality event sales .
- Solid network of wedding planners and agencies.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
