We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Sourcing process of real estate transactions and ensuring all parties involved are properly informed and prepared. This is a field job.

Responsibilities :

- Identify CP and promote projects to them
- Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs
- Take updates from CPs on products and offerings
- Act as a coordinator between CPs and Developer's firm
- Provide any marketing help necessary to the CP
- Explore recent avenues of CPs and broaden market
- Be in the field for CP meetings
- Conduct regular CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance
- Train CP on product details
- Capture weekend walk-in data

Candidate Profile :

- Candidate should be residing in Central Line.
- At least a graduate
- Positive attitude
- Hardworking
