Key responsibilities include greeting customers and understanding vehicle/service requirements, preparing job cards and explaining repair estimates, coordinating with technicians regarding vehicle diagnosis and repairs, updating customers on service progress and delivery timelines, ensuring timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints and resolving service-related issues, and maintaining service records and documentation.
