Fairmont Mumbai is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our pre-opening team as Food and Beverage Hostesses. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury hospitality brand and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences in our diverse dining outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and ensure their comfort throughout their dining experience.

2. Menu Knowledge: Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

3. Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring all special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar.

4. Service Coordination: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow.

Upselling: Proactively promote menu items, beverages, and special promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.

6. Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of food and beverage presentation meets Fairmont standards before serving to guests.

7. Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive working environment.

9. Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work workplace for guests and colleagues.
