About Risk
The Risk department ensures that the Banks risk is managed through a risk management architecture as well as through policies and processes approved by the Board of Directors encompassing independent identification, measurement and management of risks across the various businesses of the Bank. The Risk department of the Bank strives to proactively anticipate vulnerabilities at the transaction as well as at the portfolio level, through quantitative or qualitative examination of the embedded risks
AbouttheRole
The Operational risk team ensures that the operational risk exposure of the bank is in compliance with the overall risk appetite and philosophy of the Bank as defined by the Board of Directors. The team also ensures compliance to the Operational Risk Management (ORM)



policy and processes defined by the bank
Key Responsibilities

Conduct Analytics of KRIs and Loss Data

Responsible for implementation and framing of policies & frameworks for the Advance Measurement Approach (AMA)

Responsible for Communication & Submission to RBI about AMA.

Run the Capital Computation Model for the Bank.

Co-ordinate with external consultants who validate the AMA, and identify any gaps and provide solutions for the same

Conduct workshop to help understand scenario analysis

Qualifications

MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute

4 years of relevant experience in the banking/ Risk consultancy sector

Role Proficiencies:

Thorough Understanding about AMA and Operational Risk

Positive communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
