About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive (Male) to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling end-to-end recruitment along with general HR activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
Assist in employee engagement and retention activities.
Handle employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.




Support exit formalities, full & final settlement, and relieving documentation.
