ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about technology and looking to kickstart your career in a world-leading insurance company? AXA Group Operations is offering an exciting opportunity for young, dynamic individuals to join our [Cyber Defense Security Operations team – Network & Endpoint Security].

Responsibilities:

Network Security & Endpoint Security:

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Network security & End-Point security domain.
- Oversee and manage a broad portfolio of operational activities in network security products including IPS, WAF, Proxy, DDoS, and Firewall rules review.
- Ensuring entity robust protection against external threats, unauthorized access, and network-based attacks.
- Support for products incident response, anomaly detection and analysis, firewall rule risk assessments, and network security product optimization.
- Working in close collaboration with the Global Network Security team to continuously strengthen the organization's network defense capabilities.
- Manage and govern a suite of endpoint protection tools and operations including Symantec Anti-Virus, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Data Leakage Prevention (DLP), and Encryption solutions.




- Ensure that all organizational endpoints remain fully protected, policy-compliant, and continuously monitored for threats and non-compliant behaviors.
- Play a proactive and strategic role in product governance, stakeholder advisory, global product team collaboration, and the delivery of meaningful security insights through dashboards and reporting, across both domains.
- Go-to expert for both network and endpoint security matters, bridging the gap between technical operations and business requirements to ensure a cohesive and resilient security posture.

Hard Skills:

- Strong knowledge across network security & endpoint security technologies
- Ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities across two security domains.
- Ability to assess complex security data and derive meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR, and relevant regulatory frameworks
- In depth knowledge of applying security controls to operational technology services.
- Proficient in reporting tool (ie, MS Office, Power BI, etc)

Soft Skills:

- Excellent writing and presentation skills are required in order to communicate findings and status
- Detail oriented, organized, methodical, follow up skills with an analytical thought process
- Innovative and efficiency focused
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant courses
- Minimum 3 years of skilled experience in Network Security & Endpoint Security services
- Relevant cybersecurity professional certification is an advantage (ie, CISSP, CompTia, CEH, etc)
