We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal functionality and integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance of ServiceNow applications.
- Participate in the deployment of ServiceNow updates and current features.

Skills and Qualifications





- 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Glide API.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
- Knowledge of ITSM best practices and ITIL framework.
- Ability to write scripts and create custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
