Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with users to understand behavior, needs, and challenges.
- Define design ambitions, standards, and best practices aligned with global trends.
- Strategize and develop visual design systems, pattern libraries, and user interfaces for all critical journeys (app, web, support, etc.).
- Design intuitive, effective, and memorable UI/UX experiences.
- Collaborate with freelancers, interns, and partners to execute design initiatives.
- Measure the impact of design work and iterate to enhance outcomes.
- Co-own critical product and customer metrics with product owners.
- Incorporate material design, interaction design, and communication principles in all deliverables.
