Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Management

- Manage the entire admissions cycle from lead generation to final enrolment.
- Conduct follow-ups and engage with prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person counselling.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.

Career Counselling

- Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student interests, goals, and academic strengths.
- Recommend suitable educational paths based on career aspirations and industry trends.
- Stay informed about industry updates, evolving course structures, and employability requirements.

Marketing Outreach

- Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns for HHM programs across digital and offline platforms.
- Organize outreach initiatives such as seminars, webinars, workshops, and open houses.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching centres for promotional activities.
- Represent the institution at educational fairs and community events to build visibility.
