Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy:

- Collaborate with Product Managers to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Translate market and customer feedback into actionable requirements.

Backlog & Release Management:

- Own the product backlog, balancing priorities and negotiating trade-offs.
- Lead release and sprint planning, set goals, and ensure successful delivery.
- Mitigate risks and issues impacting successful completion of releases and sprints.
- Ensure acceptance criteria are met and conduct sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Perform product demonstrations for internal and external audiences.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting sales, marketing, and support teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Product Management, Support, and Customer Success teams.

Customer & Market Focus:

- Operate with drive and grit in a fast-paced setting to deliver high-quality results.
- Be a strategic thinker, identifying opportunities and threats through trend analysis.
