We are seeking a proactive and technically savvy Scrum Master to coordinate incident management, release support, and cross-functional collaboration for multiple digital products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, accountability, and the ability to lead medium-to-large teams across global time zones, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Incident Management for multiple digital products, ensuring timely resolution.
- Interact with multiple internal teams to resolve incidents and plan work scope for the Support Team.
- Provide release support for enterprise initiatives, upgrades, production hotfixes, and platform maintenance.
- Prioritize tasks based on team capacity and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to set expectations.
- Drive ownership and accountability for assigned work and ensure follow-through to closure.
- Facilitate communication and keep teams synchronized across time zones.
- Lead medium to large-sized teams, providing guidance and support.
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams,



running all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
- Continuously learn and apply new concepts and technologies to enhance team performance.

Key Requirements / Minimum Qualifications:

- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years of skilled experience in Agile environments.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and project planning/forecasting.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API and system integrations.
- Proficient in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Bitbucket.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to lead and guide teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Exposure to Healthcare industry.
- E-commerce domain knowledge.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud.
