Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Integration
- Customize and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro to meet specific business needs across multiple instances (US and UK).
- Build, modify, and implement advanced SAM components, including REST API configurators and data stream integrations.
- Write robust server-side and client-side scripting (JavaScript) for Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Macros, and custom workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to design and integrate third-party SaaS applications with ServiceNow SAM Pro.

Data & Asset Management
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end entitlement upload process for in-scope software publishers.
- Perform regular data reconciliation of software deployment details received from automated integration sources.




- Develop and implement publisher-specific packs and plugins required for precise compliance tracking.

Lifecycle, Quality & Support
- Own your code throughout the delivery lifecycle: from design, implementation, and test automation to final delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive technical specifications, solution design documentation, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex platform issues in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Support QA testing phases and provide platform training to end-users to ensure high adoption rates.

RequirementsBasic Qualifications:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical degree.
- Core Experience: 57 years of hands-on design and development experience specifically on the ServiceNow platform.
- Scripting & Web Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Hands-on experience with CSS, HTML, Angular, and SQL/Database views is highly preferred.
- Platform Architecture: Deep understanding of UI Scripting, Workflow development, ServiceNow Administration, and Reporting.
- Methodologies: Solid experience working across both Agile and Waterfall project frameworks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
