Role Overview:As an HR Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR processes and responding to employee inquiries related to HR programs, policies, and systems. Your attention to detail, familiarity with HR systems, and excellent communication skills will ensure accuracy and timely processing of new hire transactions and employee changes. This position is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in US HR Operations or Shared Services, looking to advance their career in global HR operations.Key Responsibilities:- Support full-cycle employee administration, including transaction processing in Workday such as current hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and data updates.- Prepare and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.- Assist with onboarding by collecting, reviewing, and maintaining new hire paperwork, updating employee records in Workday, and supporting pre-employment processes.- Coordinate and manage the background verification process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policy.- Provide Tier 1 payroll support, assist with benefits enrollment, and collaborate with internal teams and benefit providers for timely resolution of employee requests.- Act as the first point of contact for Workday-related questions, provide guidance, troubleshooting, and basic training for employees and HR colleagues.- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding,



escalating complex issues when needed.- Coverage areas are allocated based on business requirements, with the possibility of cross-training to provide backup support for colleagues or other regions.Qualifications Required:- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.- Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in US HR Operations or Shared Services, preferably in HR, payroll, or benefits administration.- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are a must.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday or other HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy.- Shift: Ability to work in US shifts (6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST) with a night shift allowance provided, following the US holiday calendar.- Personal Attributes: Customer-focused, Takes Ownership, proactive, perform under pressure, dependable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage & appraise all key stakeholders in line with companys way of working.(Note: Omitted Our Interview Practices section as it was not mentioned in the JD) Role Overview:As an HR Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR processes and responding to employee inquiries related to HR programs, policies, and systems.
