Role Overview:You will be part of the asset analytics and data science team at the Digital Business Unit of IndusInd Bank. Your role involves working on cutting-edge problems for the bank and collaborating closely with stakeholders across risk, business, partnerships, digital, and strategy to enhance profitability and growth. Your main responsibility will be to generate data-driven insights and present them to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with digital product, growth, and marketing teams.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize your experience in querying databases and using statistical computer languages like R, Python, and SQL to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.- Apply predictive modeling techniques to identify opportunities for leveraging company data and implementing models to drive business solutions.- Work with large datasets, data warehouses, and relevant programs to extract data, perform necessary data reprocessing, and conduct feature engineering.- Conduct Statistical Analysis, research on ML algorithms, and data sources for better predictions.- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive business results with data-based insights.- Establish and scale up data science functions within the organization.- Create pricing models for digital value propositions to ensure profitability and business outcomes.- Develop automated dashboards and reports using PowerBI to empower product and marketing teams.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field,
