As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Asset & Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your responsibilities will include:- Executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think innovatively- Creating secure and high-quality production code while maintaining algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems- Producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensuring design constraints are met by software code development- Gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and developing visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to improve software applications and systems- Proactively identifying hidden problems and patterns in data to enhance coding hygiene and system architecture- Contributing to software engineering communities of practice and events to explore new technologies- Fostering a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectQualifications and Skills:- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3 years of applied experience- Solid core Java and Spring Boot experience- Agile development experience in a fast-paced environment- Good understanding of data persistence (SQL or non-SQL) data paradigms- Experience working with market Data FeedsPreferred Skills:- Experience in a financial service environment with a focus on finance front-office applications- Solid financial engineering background- Prior experience in developing middleware (Kafka,
