- Design and develop scalable backend systems usingNode.js and TypeScript
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of applications
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions
- Proficiency in Node.js, and TypeScript, APIs, databases.
- Experience working with and building backend systems that have been used in the real world.
- Ability to navigate different stages of product development from scrappy MVPs to scalablearchitectures.

Must-Have Requirements
- 36 years of backend development experience




- Strong hands-on expertise inNode.js
- Strong proficiency inTypeScript
- Solid understanding of APIs, backend architecture, and system design basics
- Experience working inproduct-based companies(mandatory)
- Good problem-solving skills and understanding of data structures

Good to Have
- Experience withNestJS
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Candidate Profile
- Open torelocation to Mumbaiif currently based elsewhere
- Preference for candidates who have worked acrossmultiple cities/locations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Comfortable with5-day work-from-office setup
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced product environments

- Candidates who have spent their entire career in a single city without relocation exposure may not be ideal for this role
