As an Accountant in our company, your role involves handling Overall Accounting transactional activities and reviewing accounts on a monthly basis to ensure all assigned work is completed within deadlines. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing vendor bills Reconciling vendor statements Managing bank entries and reconciliation Handling credit card entries and reconciliation Processing payroll and payroll entries Creating and mailing customer invoices Reconciling accounts receivable and revenue Updating Document Checklist, Document Library, and Client Reports Calculating and filing sales tax Reconciling payroll Managing accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation, and month-end adjustments Communicating internally to address routine queries and questions Reviewing and preparing financial statementsYou should have 5 to 7 years of experience to be considered for this position.
