As an Accounts Executive specializing in International Accounting, your primary responsibility will be to record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining books of accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Your attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software will be key to your success in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Record and post day-to-day financial transactions- Maintain books of accounts up to trial balance stage- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner- Handle payroll processing and statutory requirements- Manage vendor payments and perform reconciliations- Conduct receivables ageing analysis and follow up on outstanding payments- Manage bank accounts and perform regular reconciliations- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports- Support preparation of tax formsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting operations- Hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable- Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, etc.- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and AP/AR processes- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel- Good data entry and numerical skills- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)In addition to your core responsibilities, the company values professional stability, cultural alignment with the brand, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.
