Role Overview:You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day travel operations, ensuring compliance with company travel policies and industry regulations, and assisting travelers with itinerary adjustments, visa requirements, and travel disruptions.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI to track and report travel program performance.- Clean, transform, and analyze complex travel and expense data to generate insights.- Develop dashboards for ongoing performance tracking and analyze T&E; spend, travel trends, policy compliance, traveler behavior, and supplier performance.- Define and track KPIs for travel program performance, cost savings, and supplier SLAs.Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:- Collaborate with travel agencies and category managers to negotiate competitive rates.- Maintain relationships to ensure optimal service and pricing.- Work with internal teams to align travel processes with business needs.Process Improvement & Compliance:- Evaluate current travel processes and implement improvements for better efficiency.- Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies and provide recommendations for updates.- Develop training materials and resources for employees on travel best practices.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in business, Travel Management, Finance, or a related field.- 5 years of experience in travel operations, travel analysis, or corporate travel management.- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.- Experience with travel booking platforms (e.g., GDS, Concur, Amadeus) is a plus.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
