Hiring Alert – Language Interpreters (English + Punjabi Language)

We are hiring experienced Language Interpreters for an international customer support process serving U.S. customers.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Shift: US Shift (Rotational – PST Time)
Job Type: Full-time/WFO
Salary: Upto ₹6.5 LPA
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Languages Required:
• Punjabi & English

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time interpretation between English and regional languages during customer calls
• Assist customers with queries while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Ensure clear and effective communication without changing the meaning or context




• Handle sensitive information confidentially
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction standards.

✅ Requirements:
• Fluent in English + any one of the above languages
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an international call center handling U.S. customers
• Prior interpretation experience preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace and rotational US shifts
