Talently is a profitable, quick-growing, tech-enabled recruitment company looking for an entrepreneurial finance and operations leader to help guide our next stage of growth. Working directly with the CEO, you will turn financial and operational data into smarter business decisions and help implement those decisions across the company.

Responsibilities :
Build financial models, forecasts, budgets and cash-flow scenarios
Analyze hiring decisions, compensation plans, unit economics and growth investments
Evaluate profitability by recruiter, client and business line
Improve management reporting, financial controls and business continuity
Manage and mentor our Senior Bookkeeper
Identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies




Lead prioritized business-improvement initiatives

Must-Have Skills :
6–12 years in strategic finance, FP&A;, consulting, corporate strategy or business operations
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Solid understanding of accounting and financial controls
Experience in a startup or scaling company
Comfortable working directly with founders and functional leaders
Experience supporting U.S. or multinational businesses
Excellent English and substantial U.S. Pacific Time overlap
MBA, CPA, CMA or CFA preferred but not required
