Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager - Mechanical / Electrical to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical and electrical projects within our data center facilities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a professional who can analyze complex technical requirements, make decisive decisions, and maintain organized project workflows in a rapid-paced environment.

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate mechanical and electrical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and data center operational requirements
- Develop comprehensive project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for mechanical and electrical equipment, materials, and services; negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct technical reviews of mechanical and electrical designs,



drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with data center standards and best practices
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans and communicate potential issues to stakeholders proactively
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and minimize operational disruptions
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reporting to management; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and lessons learned; ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and future reference
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify work meets technical specifications and safety standards
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders through regular meetings and comprehensive reports
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and data center operational protocols
