We are hiring a Production Manager with proven experience in kidswear production. Candidates with a background in managing the manufacturing of children’s apparel—especially in export or domestic brands—will be preferred."

Key Responsibilities for Production manager:

- Lead end-to-end production planning and execution for garment manufacturing.

- Oversee production units and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate with key departments including SCM, sampling, trims sourcing, and warehousing.

- Manage outsourcing and job work for embroidery, printing, and made-up garments.

- Optimize machine and manpower utilization to meet production targets.

- Maintain and update order MIS, T&A; plans, and ensure timely shipment.

- Focus on OTP (On-Time Production) delivery, especially for small and urgent orders.

- Interpret and document customer requirements based on BOM (Bill of Materials).

- Ensure smooth coordination across departments for efficient workflow.

- Set production goals and implement corrective measures as needed.

- Supervise inventory control and store management.

- Monitor and maintain cost efficiency in production processes.

- Handle crisis management situations with effective solutions.

- Provide solid leadership and mentorship to the production team.

- Conduct regular team meetings and resolve operational challenges.





- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost-effective sourcing and outsourcing.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent product quality and service.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production department.

- Maintain compliance with safety, labor, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:
