Job Description: • As a core Member of the team handling foreign trade marks portfolio, candidates will be expected to do basic learning of trade marks law procedure.



Appropriate assistance will be provided.
• Role will require liaison with Clients and local lawyers in various countries.
• Review emails, understand and then reply to e-mails received from both Indian and Foreign clients.
• Prepare detailed communications under the supervision of the Advocates at the Firm.
• Keep track of every ongoing matter with the help of databases.
• Manage portfolio of trade marks of the Firm, for its various clients.
• Mail monitoring.
• Database entry / logging of every assignment undertaken by the candidate, will be a critical part of the work.
• Generation of portfolio reports.
