Business Analyst

Location: no constraints (WFH as per policy)

Job Description & skills:

- Overall industry experience: 12+ years

- Hands on experience of requirement gathering & analysis (7+yrs, 15+ projects), mobile app related projects.

- Coordinate with various business and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements. Conduct design thinking workshops. Create user journeys to articulate as-is processes.

- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to groom the backlog, conduct sessions to make the team understand the requirements, assist in sprint planning and other scrum ceremonies.

- Experience In direct interactions with the business & IT stakeholders, cross functional teams. (Preferably South Africa customers management)

- Hands on experience in working on Angular & cloud projects as business analyst.





- Awareness/Understanding of technical landscape – (Basic level)

- Mobile app requirements, User experience, testing, NFRs

- Mirco-services architecture

- Angular 9x, performance testing

- Cloud (AWS)

- WhatsApp integration

- Creating reports in PowerBI

Hands on experience as SCRUM Agile processes (2+yrs)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Understanding of the Learning Management Domain.
Strong process orientation, structured and well organized.
Excellent communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills and handling escalations.
Very positive interpersonal skills.

Certification/Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology

- Certification in Business Analysis, BA-BOK
