Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Civil Head to lead all civil engineering and infrastructure-related activities across mining and associated industrial projects. The Civil Head will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing construction and maintenance of site infrastructure, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all civil works related to mining infrastructure, including site development, roads, drainage, retaining walls, office buildings, workshops, and housing colonies.

- Plan and execute civil construction activities in line with project timelines, budgets, and safety norms.

- Manage a team of engineers,



contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality construction and timely progress.

- Approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work schedules.

- Monitor daily progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design standards and regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinate with design consultants, architects, structural engineers, and geotechnical experts.

- Manage contracts, procurement of civil materials, and quality control processes.

- Oversee maintenance of civil infrastructure at mine sites, including roads, buildings, and water supply systems.

- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations in all civil works.

- Prepare and present reports, budgets, and project updates to senior management.
