Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CNC Operator capable of operating and programming Laser Cutting Machines. The ideal candidate should be proficient in machine setup, programming adjustments, and ensuring production accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor CNC Laser Cutting Machines.

- Program and edit CNC/Laser machine settings as per job requirements.

- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.





- Setup machine fixtures, tooling, and materials before production.

- Load and unload materials accurately.

- Ensure correct output and high quality of finished parts.

- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.

- Identify machine issues and troubleshoot basic errors.

- Maintain production logs and reports.

- Adhere to safety standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Technical qualification (ITI, Diploma or equivalent) in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Production or related field.

- Proven experience in operating and programming CNC Laser Machines.

- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.

- Positive knowledge of CNC machine tooling and parameters.

- Attention to detail and quality focus.

- Team player with good communication skills.
