Role Title: Senior Associate – Oracle HCM Cloud (US Payroll) Role Summary:
The Senior Associate supports and enhances Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll processes, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance, and system stability. The role requires robust functional knowledge of US payroll, independence in execution, and effective collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Configure, support, and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll. • Execute end-to-end payroll activities including payroll runs, validation, balancing, and reconciliation. • Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Support payroll audits, statutory reporting, and regulatory updates. • Manage payroll-related integrations with HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Finance. • Participate in enhancements,



Oracle quarterly updates, testing, and UAT. • Document processes and provide guidance to junior team members as needed. Experience & Skills: • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, primarily US Payroll. • Strong understanding of US payroll processing, taxation, and compliance. • Ability to work independently on complex payroll issues. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Role Level Expectations: • Operates as a functional SME with minimal supervision. • Handles critical payroll activities and escalations. • No formal people management responsibility.
