Position Title: Sustainability & Governance Representative

Level: Executives

Reporting To: Lead – Risk& Compliance

Position Purpose

Position shall support in the ESG Assessment and activities related to sustainability and governance.

Strategic Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

- Support in the workplace, sustainability and governance related assessment.

- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks related to the sustainability.

- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company related to sustainability reforms.

- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

Financial Responsibilities

- Ensure complying with the annual budgets

People Responsibilities

- Engage with the stakeholders and work on company’s future outlook, present stability,



and environmental impact.

- Provide support to all leaders in developing, implementing and monitoring company or organisational environmental strategies.

Education Qualification

- Master's Degree in Sustainability and Business Administration

- Industry Certification

- Knowledge of business and management

Work Experience

1-2 years

Industry to be Hired from

Manufacturing, Service Industry, Consultancy (Big 4’s)

Functional Competencies

- Proven experience as compliance manager

- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations

- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

- Business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
