Key Responsibilities


- Teach Biology, ESS, and/or Environmental Management to students in Grades 9–12 following the Cambridge curriculum.

- Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry -based lessons that promote critical thinking and conceptual understanding.

- Develop lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and learning resources aligned with Cambridge standards.

- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide timely feedback.

- Prepare students for Cambridge examinations and practical assessments.

- Maintain accurate academic records and prepare student progress reports.

- Foster an inclusive, positive, and interactive classroom environment.

- Participate in faculty meetings, parent -teacher conferences,



and school events.

- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning and continuous curriculum improvement.


Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Environmental Science, or a related field.

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.

- Prior experience teaching Grades 9–12 under the Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE/AS & A Level) is highly desirable.

- Robust subject knowledge in Biology and Environmental Sciences.

- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
