Client: Leading Bangalore -based MNC


C1 certification in French Mandatory

Job Responsibilities


- Conduct high -volume outbound calls to screen and assess candidates.

- Follow up with candidates through calls, emails, and text messages during the onboarding process.

- Guide candidates on onboarding requirements and first -day readiness.

- Extend offers and complete end -to -end hiring activities in Workday.

- Update client systems with candidate interactions and hiring status.

- Handle candidate queries and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills





- C1 certification in French Mandatory.
- Fluent in French and English (Bilingual proficiency mandatory).

- Experience in candidate interviewing and recruitment coordination.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage high volumes and work efficiently in a fast -paced environment.




Positive to Have

- Hands -on experience with Workday.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
