Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle
passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other airport services - Check and process passengers'
travel documents and ensure compliance with security regulations -
Assist with the boarding process and ensure timely departure of
flights - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a
professional and courteous manner - Coordinate with other airport
