individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground
Staff, you will be responsible for providing effective and friendly
service to our passengers at the airport. This is an excellent

industry. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at
check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas - Check and
verify passenger documents and tickets - Handle passenger inquiries
and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and
retrieval - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by
following all airport regulations and procedures - Coordinate with
other airport staff to ensure smooth and timely departure and
arrival of flights - Handle any issues or complaints from

clean and organized work area - Adhere to company policies and
procedures at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or
equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills -

skills - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and
holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
when needed - Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge
