Role Description The 3D Artist Generalist – unpaid internship to full-time role is a remote, full-time position designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in game development and the opportunity to transition into a paid role. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating 3D models for characters, settings, and props, as well as handling texturing, lighting, and basic rigging tasks to prepare assets for integration into game engines. The role involves collaborating with designers, programmers, and other artists to ensure visual consistency and performance-friendly assets.





The 3D Artist Generalist will also participate in feedback sessions, iterate on existing work, and help refine the visual style of original IPs. Interns demonstrating strong skills, reliability, and alignment with team needs may be considered for a transition to a full time paid position. Qualifications

Proficiency in Blender (or any 3d tool) for 3D asset creation and general production workflows.

Robust 3D Modeling skills for characters, settings, and props.

Experience with Texturing to create visually appealing and game-ready materials.

Basic Rigging abilities to prepare models for animation and in-engine use.

Understanding of real-time game art constraints (poly counts, UV mapping, optimization).

Ability to follow art direction while contributing creative ideas and solutions.

Effective communication skills and comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment.

Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant 3D work; game-focused examples are mandatory.

Diploma or degree in art or 3d art is mandatory.
