Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures
Handle ticketing and reservation inquiries, and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations and procedures
Escort passengers to and from aircraft, and assist with boarding and deplaning
Communicate effectively with passengers, crew members, and ground staff to ensure a smooth and timely operation
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal
Assist in loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
Perform other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager or Supervisor Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile workplace
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred, but not required
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances We Offer:
