Job Overview: As an Airport Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing efficient and skilled ticketing services to our customers. Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at the airport ticket counter
Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and other related services
Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades
Issue tickets and boarding passes
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
