Key Responsibilities:
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
Read, interpret, and work from electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out corrective maintenance activities.
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain electrical systems including motors, control panels, MCCs, and distribution equipment.
Service and maintain mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings.
Follow safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and permit-to-work systems during maintenance activities.
Use maintenance tools, testing instruments, and measuring equipment effectively.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:




Valuable knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices.
Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues efficiently.
Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
Robust time management, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English and the local language.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates residing in Tiruvallur, Ambattur, Avadi, Thiruninravur, Hindu College, Pattabiram, or Poonamallee will be preferred.
Manufacturing industry experience of 2 years+ is required.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
